The Titlis at your back and the local mountain Hahnen in view - you glide quietly through the Gerschniwald. On the Gerschnialp cross-country trail, connoisseurs and ambitious skiers alike get their money's worth.

The funicular takes cross-country skiers from Titlis valley station to the winter wonderland Gerschnialp in a short time. The 8-kilometre-long and varied cross-country trail starts only a short distance from the Gerschnialp mountain station. A small shuttle bus bridges the distance to the cross-country trail. Experienced skiers can tackle the first few metres to the track on the piste. The skis are mounted and the trail starts through the light forest. The snow dampens the soft gliding tones on the track and lets you really enjoy the tranquillity of nature. In between the short, intensive ascents let the pulse rise a little and the heavy breath shows through the white clouds the direction of the sky. Would you like a break? The Gasthaus Gerschnialp - Café Ritz right next to the cross-country ski trail invites you to take a breather. Over a warm cup of tea, clammy fingers can be thawed again. Ready for a new round, it's slightly downhill towards Untertrübsee. At the end of the training session, the funicular takes you back down to the valley.
