Less frequented beginner ski tour in the canton of Nidwalden in the middle of the Central Swiss Alps. The Salistock (1,896 m) offers a beautiful view of Engelberg and the Engelberg Valley as far as Lake Lucerne.

With the Buiräbähnli, the modest summit of the Engelberbergertal, situated east of the Widderfeld Stock, is climbed. The crowned point of the watch falls down into a steep rock face on the side of the village and offers a magnificent view down. In the beautiful slopes of Lutersee you will often find sensational powder snow.
