At farmer's wife Bernadette's in Obbürgen, guests are cooked for in the cosy wooden parlour or in the garden. She is happy to prepare, for example, the tender veal kebab roasted on the grill with meat from her own farm. This is served with a homemade rösti, seasonal vegetables from her own garden and herb butter. For dessert, Bernadette recommends the refreshing lemon mousse - it's almost like being on holiday.
