Goat's cottage cheese slices with nut crust

Ingredients

  • 200 g goat's cottage cheese
  • 200 g mixed salad
  • oil
  • vinegar

Nut crust

  • 25 g soft butter
  • 20 g cane sugar
  • 30 g chopped roasted nuts
  • 40 g flour
  • salt

Raspberry mustard

  • 2 tbsp medium strength mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 50 g raspberries

Preparation

  1. Raspberry mustard: blend everything together.
  2. Nut crust: mix everything together
  3. Shape the cottage cheese and nut crust separately into 12 fine discs. Then place the nut crust on the goat cheese.
  4. Using top heat, bake the slices in the oven at 180°C for 2 min.
  5. Marinate the salad in the raspberry mustard, oil and vinegar dressing.
