Ingredients

  • 400 g cream quark
  • 400 g raspberries
  • 60 g sugar
  • 160 g whipped cream
  • 20 g vanilla sugar
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp Röteli (schnapps)
  • a little mint

Preparation

  1. Place the cream quark in a bowl. Add the raspberries and sugar.
  2. Beat the cream until stiff and gently fold into the mixture.
  3. Mix in the lemon zest and juice, vanilla sugar, Röteli and vanilla sugar.
  4. Decorate with the mint.
