The former Capuchin monastery in Stans is home of the "CULINARIUM ALPINUM" competence centre for Alpine regional culinary delights. The centre opened in September 2020 and focus on the culinary diversity of the Alpine region - this will be brought to life through educational offers and regionally anchored gastronomy.
The restaurant with terrace offers authentic and regional products from Central Switzerland and the Alpine region. Around 70 indoor seats and 50 outdoor seats.
