You can expect a seasonally changing food & drinks menu, overnight accommodation in a dormitory with 16 beds and the centrepiece: the large sun terrace with breathtaking views over lakes & mountains. In bad weather, the cosy little guest lounge invites you to stop in and linger.
The Alp Beizli focuses on regionality, "Huisgmacht" and seasonal produce. Wherever possible, dishes are prepared from scratch using organic produce from local suppliers. Where this is not possible, Swiss products are used. Sustainability and avoiding food waste is a major concern.
