How would you like to arrive?
Shinrin Yoku - forest bathing - comes from Zen Buddhism and is a mindfulness practice in nature. The forest has a health-promoting effect thanks to the scents of the trees, the pure air and the silence. The positive effect of forest bathing on the autonomic nervous system and health has been scientifically proven and has been practised in Japan for many years. Shinrin Yoku Health Training SYGT® is a health prevention programme. Used regularly, forest bathing can improve health, quality of life and self-care. As a result, we are mindful in the forest and in life.
In various phases during the forest bathing tour, I will guide you into mindfulness - into your inner and outer stillness. I will guide you in a meditative and playful way to slow down (mindful walking), to open your senses, to arrive in your body and in the here and now. The quiet time, the sounds of the Native American flute and the tea ceremony round off the forest bathing tour.
When attending individual forest bathing tours, the focus is on experiencing and relaxing in the moment. Repeated guided forest bathing allows you to get to know the technique of forest bathing in depth and internalise it. This enables you to apply the mindfulness practice effectively in your everyday life at any time and in any place and to find peace of mind.
Forest bathing tours are suitable for individuals and groups. They are ideal for companies as a health prevention programme for employees. In addition to the advertised forest bathing tours in Tannwald Seelisberg according to the current programme, I am happy to put together an individual tour on request, be it in Tannwald Seelisberg or in another inviting natural environment.
"Our appointment with life takes place in the present moment. And the meeting point is exactly where we are." With these words from Siddharta Gautama Buddha, I invite you into the world and the magic of forest bathing. I will guide you through the forest in a new way and wish you a deep connection with nature and yourself. I look forward to meeting you and will be happy to answer any questions you may have by e-mail or telephone.
