The area between Buochs and Ennetbürgen offers a wide range of water-oriented sporting and recreational activities. Buochs bay is known for its lack of waves, which makes it perfect for trendy water sports such as wakeboarding, canoeing and stand-up paddling.
You'll also find relaxation and variety on dry land, including walking, cycling, roller-skating, beach volleyball and tennis. The open-air sculpture park in Ennetbürgen is open all year round and freely accessible. Did you know that the centre of Central Switzerland lies above Buochs? There is a beautiful viewpoint with a bench.
You can drive to the Honegg and its free car park from Ennetbürgen. From there it's a 45-minute walk or so via the Cliff Path to the Hammetschwand Lift and on to the Bürgenstock Resort. Back at the Honegg, the Hotel Villa Honegg serves lunches as well as coffee and cake.
