The former stable building offers an authentic ambience for culinary events in a rural setting. Regional specialties such as fried cheese, raclette, fondue and table grill are served. The venue is suitable for group events from 15 to 65 people - for example for company celebrations, birthdays or weddings. Individual wishes and event details are taken into account during planning.
In addition to the gastronomic offer, guided tours of the farm's own cheese dairy and stables are also available. This gives guests an insight into the farm work and the artisanal production of the products.
Cheese in its most original form
In summer, the milk from the farm's own cows is processed on site into six different types of cheese, fondue mixes, butter and yoghurt. The range is complemented by smoked sausages from the farm's own production and free-range eggs. These products are available in the farm store.
Huismatt Chäsi and farm store
On request, "Gschänksäckli" with fine delicacies can be put together or vouchers issued. The farm store is open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; payment can be made in cash or via TWINT, and cheese can be sent by post.
